the secret to getting big conditioned legs is not only in the weight you shift. its in utilising the correct technique, engaging the correct muscles and ensuring you have a good mind muscle connection. you can perform squats in many different ways; ranging your foot position, stance width and rep range. i perform squats near the end of my leg workout so I am already fatigued, and i dont compensate form because my technique is good! my top tips for big wheels: 1) posture and form! these should be your number 1 priority. no one is impressed if you struggle to lift heavy ass weight and you look like Bambi. 2) think about the muscles you are engaging. fell them contract throughout the movement and concentrate on eccentric (downwards) control 3) dont get distracted! squats c an be your best friend or your worst enemy. treat them with respect and focus on your workout and see the results! dont milk your rest time, get distracted by chicks or get chatting. 4) get someone to video you or video yourself so you can perfect your form every time. technique can always be improved. #NPC #IFBB #NZIFBB #bodybuilding #Melbourne #ARNOLDClassic #australia
