I a medical officer being not able to purchase painkillers for my operated knee and compressed # of lumber spine at T12-L1 making me suffer, low back pain, with my gastric ulcers, I should be provided 2 tramadol tablets per day, but here diclofenac, cox2 abuse is so high, with the open secret of its side effects on patients, it is widely used as painkillers. I am a diabetic sometimes there is pain in my limbs and feet, I should at least be given indicated side effect free tramadol. But it is not so. Disappointed as I am, at the same time I am really having a jolly laugh about this irony. With poppies growth ever increasing over the years, our people could indulge in any kind of Yaba, amphetamine, but we could not prescribe reasonable pain killer medication that is called for. Our clans patriarch fell down and sustained # of rt ilium with fragments, I know that the pain should be taken care of first, but not with these NSAIDs notorious for patients with renal problem and also its use is no longer justified in the west. Here we are giving it out to patients left and right, who are unaware of this menace that cause so many havoc, GI bleeds, systemic renal failure, and so on and so forth. What a fiasco? Are we loony bins? Can we not change the rules to accommodate the peoples need? If not, I would rather not stay here, I would leave for some place else where they would be kind enough to act like humans. Bye hypocrites. Bye Mr. and Mrs. Know it all? Ka Ching.
