the statement looks as myth but not a fact in any way since it had no relation neither way. Further if so an alternative systems of cloud seeding was suppose to take up. why any of the climatologists fail to warn! this is good for pass of PHD , but not a real fact. The real fact is that the neglgency of the govt. policy followed by cutting down of its forest area/s, and failure strategy of its region. Inspite of all this think how to combat the situtation and change the lives of public in consideration of change of climate. However change is invitable in climate since we are used the climate for liverly hood. Hence let us model how to preserve this in long and shor term manner.
