the traffic rule in Divisoria is still ridiculous, for example, the sidewalks are narrow, and the pedestrian lane leads to a wall (ridiculous solution, they made a diagonal extension that leads to the street). I heard from someone that some pedestrians now have the courage to ignore the traffic enforcers that the RTA has to call a police officer... you cant blame the pedestrians if they FEEL STUPID following ridiculous rules, can you? I still believe that the Divisoria should be treated as a PARK especially on weekends and NO motorized vehicles should be allowed to enter. Where people can dance, talk, eat, have a massage... PS. Yeah, of course I know this ranting of mine will be ignored by the local government.
