the warrior stands with his back to the cliffs. Another step backwards and the cold sea air would rush up to meet him, then waves, then stones. He has been fighting for far too long and his body is so covered in bruises that it is hard to tell where one bruise ends and another begins. His enemies press in around him eager to end the days bloody work. There is nothing else to do, the warrior lifts his shield and sword.
