#thegospelofperfectlove John 13:34-35 A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” The disciples asked Jesus what was the greatest commandment. Jesus replied, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.” Jesus signified that love is the greatest commandment. Jesus was proclaiming the requirements of the Law were fulfilled by love. Jesus fulfilled every requirement in the Law by the singular act of love on the cross. It was love that drove Jesus to the cross, and it was perfect love that set us free from sin. The Father showed us love in that He loved us in our sin. The world will know we are of the Lord by the way we love. You are a great treasure to the Lord and He wants you to feel the great love of the Father on your life. Love will heal every wound and set us free to love without conditions. In this holiday season the greatest gift you can give someone is love. You may not have a lot of material possessions, but you are rich in love. The Lord is abundant in love and will give His love freely to us. If we love like the Lord loves, we will receive great love in return. Love breaks all barriers and will pull us out of great despair. When you love, you will always receive love in return. The gospel of love is that if we love like Jesus, we will be loved perfectly in return by the world around us. Love releases all the blessings of the Lord because love is the true reflection of the Lord. We love Him because He first loved us. You are never far from love and you are never forsaken by the Lord. Love will soften hard hearts and release people from heart ache. The love of the Lord is perfect because it does not have any conditions or judgment. It is so pure, it will set us free from all sin and separate us from all depression of emotion. Today, someone in your life needs your love. If we give it freely, we will reap a great harvest of love in return. What we sow we will reap. So, if we choose to sow love you will always receive love. Choose to love someone in a perfect reflection of the Lord and He will in return break all the bondage off you. The best way to express love is to show compassion and no judgment when someone falls in front of you. It will change their outlook and empower them in grace to run the race before them. Choose to love perfectly today because you have been loved perfectly by the Lord. You are loved to give love. We are blessed to be a blessing. You are the head and not the tail. You are more than a conquer and an over comer in Christ. You will always win with the Lord and never loose. Be encouraged because you have been loved perfectly in the salvation of Christ. He loved us in our sin and did not turn His back to us. He embraced us full of our imperfections and gave us His perfect love. You are covered in the robe of righteousness and blessed beyond measure. Keep going He loves you!
