there are already talks abt rebuilding Tacloban from Sec. Purisima. no. 1, rebuild na pinaguusapan e sa relief pa lng ang gulo gulo na. no. 2, i dont think it makes any sense rebuilding in a location that is, as we have seen, vulnerable to storms, which in this country is common. duh. pick a good spot that is hazards safe, maybe move the ppl there now na. call it New Tacloban if you want. but pls, if we are going to rebuild, doing it on the old location will be pretty darn stupid, not to mention costly. ulit lng tyo ng ulit. lives will be lost in a vicious cycle. resources will be wasted again and again. your thoughts guys?
