theres definitely something brewing underneath the surface not only here in Rochester, NY, but all around the United States, & the globe. this most recent tragedy with this RPD officer being shot and killed has caused a lot of serious racial undertones of hatred to come to the forefront where some are trying to make it about race when its not. a human beings life was taken & his family has to suffer the loss personally, but we also are affected as a community. to see people bashing one race, calling out activist/political figures, Attorney General, & the POTUS, is almost like the boy crying wolf. this is very disrespectful to the officers family, & I feel some likely most, are gonna use this to reveal their true feelings regarding race in this city, country with their actions. its very unfortunate & sad to see so many people blinded, still harboring hatred for mankind. I see some calling for riots right here in Rochester. I believe their looking for a reason to explode into more destruction instead of building, sure didnt see this vitriol when the man shot up the firehouse, or when colleges, elementary schools, & movie theaters are targeted with shooting deaths. boy I tell you, IGNORANCE at an ALL-TIME HIGH today... may the officer rest in peace, God bless his family & give them strength through this trying time. #WakeUpPeople #WeAreOneSpecies #HumanBeings #StopRaceBaiting #DestroyRacism
