these are a real tasty treat now i know yall thinking deviled eggs lol no way these are a lil more then that these got kick and bite my now my grand dad and my dad would always eat hot stuff so grand dad hartley came up with these little texan treats called texan Diablos i do hope you enjoy these as much much as we do god bleass so lets crank our burner on to med high and lets get to cooking oh yeah.... 6.hard-cooked eggs, peeled, cut in half, and yolks mashed in a bowl 1/4cp.sour cream 2tblsps.cooked corn kernels (fresh, canned or frozen), drained well 2tsps.hot chili powder 1/2tsp.ground cumin 1/2tsp.garlic powder 1/2tsp.cayenne pepper 2tblsps.canned chopped green chiles, drained well 2tsps.shredded Monterrey Jack cheese, plus more for garnish Salt and black pepper to taste mix your mashed yolks with the sour cream. Stir in the corn, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne, chiles, and Monterrey Jack. Taste, then season with salt and pepper.Fill the whites evenly with the mixture and garnish each egg half with shredded cheese.chopped minced jalapano opt.
