they inserted my uretha whille i was asleep in my bed here i think we think in 2010, but i never got the year just the procedure while i sleep anda neighbour witnessed and in fact helped that was ann pater i am told and her husband kors and lance onesed=chuck played with it on the computor all day and nifght 3 weeks ago and since several times too we can prve a few of those times including what appeared to be the worst time 3 weeks ago it tortured me so i could not pee without crying as they turned the wire on or chip what ever it is and it emitted a electric current to the same spot repeatedly over and over again untill it felt burned raw. and they the police and sick kids hospital can track it like a telephone can be traced. so iam told The police did nothing.
