thinks its all too easy these days to be negative about things you dont like, or dont agree with, so from now on, Im going to try and adopt the following new philosophy in this respect. Before feeling inclined to criticise anyone or anything, I will simply ask myself the question: Does this harm me in any way?, and if not, I shall just let things be, and then attempt to channel the energy Ive saved in a positive way instead.
