this all coulda been avoided if his Rights werent violated to begin with. Sure he dropped some f-bombs ... he also had a cop try and abuse his rights... arent cops trained to know such things? I`m not saying he handled himself well when it came to talking to the cops... but think about how you would feel in that situation. Cops shouldnt be out there trying to break peoples rights unless they wish to fund that persons lifestyle after the law suit. The Public dont trust cops and for good reason , im not saying all cops are bad.... but who polices the Police ? this Brotherhood bullshit thing isnt helping them... it just makes them look like a bigger gang of thugs. Accountability is important in life and if the public is being held accountable for breaking this law or that law then the police should be held accountable when they violate someones rights
