this argument that all these protests (especially the freeway stuff) are turning people away supporting is completely irrelevant to why people are protesting in that manner. We all see the arguments here on facebook and even in real life and how HORRIBLE they turn out. People are tired of begging and having these fake nice conversations. People need to know if you are truly on their side or not and how far you are willing to go. So when the word gets out that people protested on the freeway, if you are cool with it, then you are part of the team and hopefully seeing that will motivate you somehow. If not, then you arent part of the team. Thats all it is. You can still do your part in other ways which is great and needed too. Everybody has a needed and valid role. But if they need to know who is on their side (meaning the side that will take it to that level), then thats what they gotta do. Aint no middle ground right now. They dont need nice. They need justice. They need fighters. And thats who they are looking for. I wont comment on this thread because this is really all it is. But as yall debate more and more, realize how futile it really is and youll see why these actions are needed.
