this chinese herbal formula ive started must be working; been sorta feeling like a piece of shitake with low energy, lots of pain, and generally being down on myself for the last few days (weeks, Years!)and wanted to come home tonight and just get drunk ( thus perpetuating this self-hating worthlessness ive accumulated within my mind for so long); but instead i hopped on my skateboard for the entirety of dusk. although, just one beer wouldve been nice for the lovely evenings activity with D.on Darox and the Joy Bakers (Drews band) blarin outta ol Stella Blue (my veehickle). now i should probably study [although, what better way to learn herbs than to experience them personallly ;) ] https://youtube/watch?v=Gwj_nf-E8-M
