this girl, i used to call my best friend, abandons me just because she doesnt like who my friends are. Thing is she abandoned me when i needed her most. i first find out when i go to her for help and she just left without a word telling me if i did something wrong or just saying a simple goodbye,and she gets her friend and sisters on me for some BS. theyre telling me now that i either chose them over the rest of my friends (referrring to themselves as my real friends) or i shouldnt bother talking to them ever again. all of this just because you dont like my friends and you want me to chose who my real friends are? thank you, but i know who my real friends are, and its not the people telling me who my real friends are and arent. its also not the people who decide to abandon me until i abandon the others. i know who my friends are and what they do. there are amazing people out there who smoke, swear, cut, are depressed, are scene, emo, goth, trans, homo, bi, imperfect, made so many mistakes, and they get judged for how they look, what people hear, and what people think. they never get judged for who they are. all of these people i described are my friends, and if you or anyone else in your family or your friend dont like that delete me. delete me from your life because im not abandoning people who have done a lot more for me in my life than you. these people dont abandon me because they dont like my friends. these people let me hang out and love whoever i please to and if i get hurt after they are there for me. if someone is going to hurt me my friends tell me. they dont let me fall with the bad crowd even if they are in the bad crowd themselves. if they did try i would have dropped them. the complete definition of a true friend is someone who has youre back 24/7 and try their best to make you more successful even when they are falling because they want someone they love and trust to grow stronger so they can look up at hope. this is the exact reason why im stronger than before because after i fell i looked up at people like them to grow stronger, and now i look at myself for strength, courage, and i endow that strength on these others who fell. the fact that we all look for strength in each other like that brings us closer and brings us further to somewhere. im not dropping that strength just because someone doesnt like who my friends are.
