this happened to me in 2004 = its no joke = ask the fire department~ I never trusted them at go- mine was also mounted as it was labeled correctly in a socket. smoke poured out of it and kept coming- oddly it looked like this one but the brand I forgot. it was provided by my light company. they called this a fluke?
