this is Muscle food !!!!!! 1 can vegetable soup 1 can, low sodium black beans 1 can , pasta whole grain vegetable infused usually spinach tomato carrot already infused in the pasta, 0 trans fat butter , ms. dash spice , low fat Italian dressing. cook in good water for pasta. 1.25 a bowl and still You will have left over dressing butter portion maybe pasta !!! makes 4 bowls . eating like this I no joke can do so many sets of push ups even if Kaepernick or Phelps tried or John Cena to try it would collapse Their shoulder blades ,.... chickity check Me out , Bible word ta Life its True , living for taste may be a waste of time when You can set a pace like Mine !!!!! I only tell Ya because it is entirely natural strength and a healthy diet like this word up !!!
