..this is a great little work out for legs and butt, to do at home! I love her! ..as 2015 is upon us, and we begin a new year, many of us will spend hundreds of dollars on fitness programs, gym equipment, quick fixes to lose weight, get in shape, get fit, ..and at the end of the day none of these things will work if you are not committed to a lifestyle change, which means exactly that, for life! The life you have left ahead of you! So think about maybe just spending a few dollars on some home equipment, maybe join a gym if you really feel it is for you, but if not you can make lots of progress just by doing it at home, or with a buddy or a support system online, etc! Dont give up on finding what works for you! ..and most importantly, at least for me was changing my eating habits, changing what I put in my body on a daily basis! When I realized I was deserving and worthy of health it all came into play and I got cracking! I am 72 pounds down, and if I can do it, anyone can, trust me! I battle depression chronically, and there were days where I could not even get out of bed, but I stuck to it, I never felt too sorry for myself, for too long! ..its never about deprivation either, fuel your body with great food, clean food regularly and you will succeed! Go slowly, one small goal at a time! and never feel like you cannot do it, never feel embarrassed at where you are now, your worth does not lie with how you look, it lies within yourself and knowing you are worth feeling better, being better, taking care of yourself! ..be proud that you are making this decision to get fit, to get healthier, and make it a lifelong commitment for YOURSELF!
