this is a wonderful Spark. Love David Id like to share a story of our pay it forward... I once was a single mom who struggled and one Christmas 2 beautiful angels bought my son Christmas! Update to today, my son is 9, I am happily married w/ a beautiful daughter who will be 2 this May! I am finally in a place that allows me to pay if forward... I saw on Facebook that a young mother of a7 year old had passed away, right before Christmas. She was from my community but I did not know her, this really hit home, I thought so much of this boy, being closely in age to my son, I couldnt imagine his life w/out me. I soon found out that I knew a cousin of this womens and I reached out to her, asking if there was anything I could do? But that wasnt enough, there had to be more. And then it hit me, would this child have a Christmas ? What could I do to take at least one day of pain away from him? I soon started gathering gifts we had collected for toys for tots, then I reached out on Facebook asking for others to join in, before you know it my son and I had gathered and wrapped 20 gifts for this child. We were even fortunate enough to deliver them to his grandmothers where he was staying, where they quickly brought them upstairs so that Santa clause could deliver them. You see his mother hadnt done her shopping yet, and the grandmother was on a budget, they didnt know what they were gonna do. Her sister looked tame & my son with tears in her eyes and asked how I knew her sister, I kindly smiled and told her I didnt, but wished I had... That we were just there to pay it forward. As me and my son walked to our cars I turned to him and told him that this was the true meaning of Christmas.
