this is about san nicolas college yearly award to the so called most outstanding nicolanian awardee (monica). a class year nominated their classmate for this award but the nominee herself declined because she had to present all those self serving documents to the awards committee. she thought that the committee should have inquired into the nominee through the nominator not the nominee herself out of delicadeza. i think she (the nominee) is right. and judging from the awards they had presented, i think the committee has to rethink their criteria taking into consideration that the school is the only religious learning institution of surigao that represents the moral fiber of the city if not the whole province.
