this is an interesting case, and a rare one where i will say that the market forces of private folks acting in their own interests will yield the optimal result. that dude can sell or not sell whatever the hell he wants in his own damned stores. and jewish folks have every right to wage a boycott campaign against a company that deliberately chooses not to cater to them. he also has a right not to give a flip about losing some customers. the guy may well be a despicable, racist, passion-play-loving anti-semite - but choosing not to sell bling-your-dreidel kits is a private right that in no way amounts to legally-actionable racism or anti-semitism. i will say, however, that the employee who decided "you people" was the best way to talk to *any* store visitors deserves a pink slip.
