this is my Fires Bikes Fluid its called the Fat Bastard again all high end components. The disk brakes both front and rear are Avid BB5 mechanical utilizing 180mm rotors. Both brakes are use via a single brake lever too keep it clean. the rear brake cable runs through the frame and out near the rear brake, the custom shifter for the Sturmey Archer 3 speed hub cable runs through the frame out by the rear hub. Orange accents including orange anodized nipples on the wheels and handle bar end caps. the seat was switched out with the brown Lepper Primus much nicer, the grips are the Brooks grips. all pin striping was done by a friend including the Fat Bastard lettering. there is also orange stripe around the rims on each side. custom one off handlebars. I am now starting the process of a new custom leaf spring fork which is in the works to be done in another month. it will just set the bike off even more. I used the 24 x 4 wheels as its all about aesthetics 26 x 4 would look too big like on all those popular big tire 26 x 4 bikes they dont look proportionate and not aesthetically pleasing.
