this is why the universe ordained sundays. this made my whole month. ------------------------------------------------ me: as ive been loving myself better/hating myself less i find that everything has changed. like all my feelings are better. taste. smell. hearing. i laugh harder. cry better (if theres such a thing.) and experience colors and moods and orgasms better. and im able to be in the moment better. likkkkeeee i can almost make time pause and can just see everything. and feel everything. and appreciate everything. like, NOT for what it was or what it could be. but for what everything IS like right now...in that exact moment. does that make sense? i just hope all this doesnt mean that i have some tumor or that im about to die. CT: lol. its mindblowing to wonder if something is wrong because you feel so good. i think it says something about how pervasive and encompassing that negative headspace is. like, how screwed up is our mental programming that we accept unhappiness as our natural state of being and question the validity of everything else.
