this latest report on the latest robbery of lbc surigao branch is already monotonous. its the fifth time in less than three years time. but what is more irksome is the lackadaisical cooperation by the victim freight forwarder company branch head. the police is hapless to proceed with the investigation. the mayor threatened to cancel the business permit of this company for failing to heed the request of the police to submit copy of the cctv coverage during the third robbery thus putting a black image to the city. for a branch to be robbed five times already, it is no longer a coincidence neither it is a happenstance but a habit.
