this past weekend or so when alex rodriguez was batting against the red sox at boston and got hit by ryan dempster formerly of the cubs i understand that not everybody liked him but to cheer him and continue cheering? ok well keep it up i say and oh yes he was the 4th yankee that got head nerar the head or elsewhere really hard and after that brian o;nora the umpire then called for warnings. the umps in this league need to start giving warnings when the batter gets hit near the head the 1st time ands not wait until more get hit-no wonder the managers get their say in to tell them how stupid they are! a athlete can be without eyesight or worse and these umps don;t get it when is this stuff going to stop! i blame whoever is in charge of the umps and wish i could tell them what i think needs to happen to their jobs myself..just saying no matter who the batter is.
