this shit is in my kids school district(governor Mifflin). We take the time to teach our kids the fundamentals of math (like the rest of us were taught). Of course this causes a problem because the teacher is forced to teach fuzzy math. Most of them realize this fuzzy math is bullshit and are thankful someone is taking the time to educate the child properly in math. But sometimes the young teachers will fight you(remember they have been trained to indoctrinate instead of educate) So how do we get the teacher to see it our way because they will argue they have to see the fuzzy math work or mark it wrong even if its the right answer. Ultimately how does a teacher fail a student with the right answers and a better understanding of mathematics then anyone in the classroom. Fight for your child! Or take them out of public school
