this time last week i was just home from surgery. feeling stronger today. im going to try a little trip to the shops on my own, see how i fair, provided the sun is shining and its not raining :) one of the joys of getting older, it takes longer to recover from operations. i wont be beaten by this, more healthy food and a good tonic should do the trick, with maybe a bit more rest :) though i have to admit im not fan fan of resting!!!! have a fabulous friday folks
