this was said back then because then ..they knew how all countries Governance worked and our founders wanted nothing like a kind or communist here ..they wanted a Government indeed but for it not to overwhelm the ppl with liberty killing , rights killing laws and they didnt want a Prez of public officials to push their views and will on the ppl .. it is for this reason they decided to make law as they did , the way they did and using the words carefully chosen .. to mock them and the meanings and the limited powers officials of Gov are to have by any official just makes the point of many of the founders OH SO VERY TRUE ... can anyone really think of the harm that will happen if things were done in their manner ? only if one reads as many of the documents and what they really mean ..rather than what some professors views take from it , perhaps a real understanding can be had by all instead of ppl who dont rreally know other than what they were told th
