#thisgirlcan is a campaign by Sport England to get more women involved in sport and exercise. Shame theres no lifting included in the video as for me Crossfit and learning to lift weights optimises what this advert is trying to achieve; Making women confident in themselves and their ability to push themselves, physically and mentally beyond what they thought they are capable of. Be confident in yourselves ladies regardless of what others may say or think. At Crossfit I can walk into the Box knowing that no one is judging me and that I will only receive encouragement, support and a community that celebrates my achievements along side of me.
