those of you who know me will know I am a peer consultant - that is, I am someone qualified by experience and trauma informed in mental health. I have my methodology to recuperate that actually in compliance with the health system, had the registrars take me off medication and disengage me. I have recently had an entry to hospital that was from heart/hypertension/insomnia and transfered to mental health. I am now medicated again. I will use my methodology but will also add that whatever cognitive peaks I achieved are balanced with emotional cognition or intelligence, a sensibility and sensitivity along with the open philosophical to thresholds of non-philosophy that makes living.
