thursday .... :) oil change yesterday, this fine thursday, oil everywhere, no oil cap .... easy traffic and hassle free trip to work :) these ups and downs are the very essence of our lives, spark to our flame, the ying and yang of our responses to these ups and down are our driving force, our incremental experience of time .... this is life! we want happiness, we want peace, but what is happiness and peace without sorrow and turmoil, some of us thrive on despair and guilt, we are not content without upheaval in our lives, whilst some find themselves lost when not met with steadfast ebulliance (nice word ashley - yay me). i for one, over the last period of life, have found solice in both, perhaps im growing up, or just to blind to see, nevertheless, i thrive on the good times and the bad times, particularly so, when finding a solution, nay, a satisfactory compromise to contemporaneous upheaval, perpetuated by myself :) guilty as charged ... i try of late to up the ante on positively focusing my energy, spreading the love and balancing my emotions (very difficult), by acknowledging my state of mind and thinking situations through,before acting on them (havent quite mastered this yet :( ). so it is with this in mind that today once again, i choose to smile, i choose to laugh, and of course i choose to love ... live life, love life :) ONE LOVE PEOPLE, ONE LOVE :) :) :)
