till date total 343 enquires received .. these many students are interested in having a word with me .. need guidance fr coming attempt preparation called up a few today but it wont be possible to call every1 ... time is biggest constraint one thing which has puzzled is Student has failed but he is not able to identify cause of his failure? ... he is not in position of pin-pointing reason of failure --- unless we know that part, how can we find solution? interaction with one of student: -- Got 26 in ISCA....... why?-- god knows ... then i ask ... Concept clarity .... No ... time allotted to subject .... last month .... no of revision done .... none or one .... attempted mock paper ... No .... have practical understanding of concepts learned ..... No .... having interest in subject ..... No .... Do you think ISCA is relevant for CA? ..... No ..... What material you relied upon ..... Madan sir notes + Study Material .... why you do for portion which was not clear in these materials... i left that .... why didnt you try other books.... Dont have time . i think with all these big NO... one shall not expect big score in subject unless u have interest in subject, it cannot fetch you marks and when you stop searching for answers which you are coming into mind... you are killing your creativity .... .. students becoming habitual of listening (lectures) and learning that much .... not good for their subsequent career.... regarding IDT .. i had another conversation sir .i was too much confident in IDT i understood everything in class as well and everything was on my tip but i failed to revise ... i asked why.... sir time was short why time was short ... too much material ok... did you try to summarise material with class.... NO why you didnt .... No time ... i was going office did you attempted scanner ... NO did you attempted mock paper ..... No did you complete chapters which were given in home work ... No why.... i vlv they must not be important did you complete amendment booklet ... No, i just got short of time i strongly suggested that ... I know but sir, this was major mistake i committed now use new material ..... Sir , i will be very uncomfortable why..... sir, its new what you will do? .... i will use old + one amendment i have already incorporated .. this amendment i will do ... but i will use old only as i wont be comfortable with new ..... one point ... .... somehow, student dont believe in doing nay single piece of work in home .... another, they are too much afraid of change .... never thought of why teacher revising material,.... either to simplify or to update . ... std does not have spare time to read new material ... and teacher has enough waste time to revise material .... Not doing scanner is sucidial mistake ... never commit that .... 1 mock paper must to check out yours presentation .... rest .. more conversations will take place with student i will keep on updating DISCLAIMER: I DONT WANT TO SAY THAT ITS ALL FAULT OF STUDENT IN ALL CASES....
