to all my gym friends that are aware of my current situation... my muscles are inflamed entirely too much. my CK (creatin kinase) is 3 times the normal level... so, to prevent rhabdomyolysis, which is when the products of muscle tissue breakdown enters the bloodstream and causes damage to the kidneys, I had a steroid shot and need to take a steroid pack and drink lots and lots of fluid. oh and rest... so modification, it is, still!!! 😳 and also my vit d levels r low... so I had 2 things working against me.... im hoping to be back in full force in the next 2 weeks.
