to anyone contemplating buying a home especially one connected to a complicated program like NSP(neighborhood stabilization) do not make plans around the estimated closing date you are given or you may end up homeless. We are very grateful for an amazing opportunity to buy an affordable house within our budget in our beloved neighborhood but I was not prepared for how stressful this process would be. Hoping for keys soon and that we will not have to live out of our suitcases while we wait.
