to leaders out there, newly grads, or if youre a 20 something this is for you. your strength will come from building trust and earning respect. youre gonna need talent and skills and imagination and vision but more than anything else youre gonna need the ability to communicate authentically, to speak so you can inspire the people around you and to listen so you can continue to learn each and everyday on the job.
