to react on issue raise by mr. lotabon: probability may be: -issue of motor boat that can be given direct procurement to kenya boat since they r the specialist on that. -issue of repair n rehabilitation can be given in neither two way: 1. to the coorperative society who r the present running the store n fish business.2. youth group can write a proposal n base their issue on educating the community importance of the fish business as well not forgetting to explain how they will do the repair.( combine both service n goods). -construction of new classes. we have business men in loiy who can give their bank statement n their business permit. in accordance to PPDA act 2005. to cover the issue bankruft. u can give this idea to people like Etot, lokucha n the rest who run big business home. - road issue wll automatically go to contractors n engineers those guys wth who r specialist in road construction like mr. Akim n the rest. Keep in mind that all the tenders wll b publish to allow competition n participation . so keep an eye on gazeti or ward magazines for them. since most of us r civil servants we r not allow to participate in any aplication in accordance to public procurement act 2005. lets us help our people get those tender please.
