to the Expat wanting to buy a property in Italy.... do not try make appointments on Saturday, it is the estate agent weekend and they do not like to work at weekends. Although the property market is rock bottom, they will do their out-most to do nothing.They say that there is no money... balls ... there is plenty of cash hidden under the bed and until that has gone nothing will change... then they will work on saturday. Bunch of tossers, and you think that in the UK estate agents are bad...... they are angels of marketing in respect to the unprofessional arrogant bunch we have there. Some one will tell me --- if you do not like it LEAVE ---- too easy Italy has to change and I am making it my mission to change people minds ---- YOU dont like what I say then change and if you do not want to change then there are three possible reasons (1) you (mummy and daddy) still have too much cash stuffed in the mattress (2) you are to f...ing stupid (3) brain dead .........
