today I found out that a beautiful angel has passed from her battle with cancer. way too young Melissa Konecny Albin . From the time i found out in november last year.. this friend has been on my mind. i was introduced to her over 15 years ago through other friends.. and All I ever saw her do was smile. She was witty.. sometimes ditzy.. but always smiling and happy. I cant claim to have known her like her closest of friends.. but I know I was blessed to know her how I did. I know anyone she touched with that great smile was blessed.. and their life experience increased because of it. Its not often that someone can cross your path.. and maybe just once or twice a year.. and then maybe not for a while - but you always think so highly of them and smile. Melissa - thats what you did for me and many others.. and feel honored to have known you - and only hope when i leave this world i could have a sliver of that impact on people..you will be missed. Bless you Mark Albin for the role you have played in her life.. and to her friends like Kim Angermann Sullivan - bless you for all that you had with her..
