today I read psalms 57 and this is the lesson that I learned. Have you ever felt like you were being set up, like you were a lamb in a room full of wolves or lions. David went through a similar things, their were people who tried to ruin him but he relied on God and the people who tried to set him up, fell in to their own trap and were taken care of while david praised God and was happy. in the same way while there may be someone in your life trying to break you down, dont worry, just take it to God and he will take care of them.
