today... i am in the sub basement of my emotions . feel stuck. if i did not have to be up tomorrow at 5am to go to work i would just roll back over.. i have been up and down 3 times today. each thought i have had has ended in some form of sadness, even things that normal pump up and get all smiling.. i have not been this down in so long. dont get me wrong, i love the positive things in my life and i am very grateful for them. ii am just not doing well at all day. i am melancholy and i do my best everyday to be happy. i hurt. so i am off of here i do have to get some things done or i will quilty that i accomplished nothing today.
