today there is good news and bad news; the good news, the FDA has finally banned the use of transfat in food; the bad news; the food industry, instead of using sawdust and rodent droppings to fill our hot dogs (this has been conclusively proved) the food industry will pack hot dogs with something else, of course being FDA (federal deception administration) approved; health hint for today; buy organic fruit and veggies and/or, better yet, grow your own; the wind has me more hyper than normal; hope there is a good band tonight at the cowboy palace
