today...to go size coffee w/cream and sugar (need to start cutting those amts back) about 5 pistachios, batch of asparagus (w/salt & butter though) and half slider of shredded bbq chicken.....then did 1/2 hr bike riding, straight peddling no coasting, did about 15 mins of walking....had 2.5 weights on each wrist moving over my head, behind my back and movements like lifting weights...trying to get rid of the second wave from my under arm area.....so far down from 202 to 189....and am also drinking some water, I NEVER drink water, so doing something good for myself, hopefully I will be able to keep it up. :)
