today was a very good day. it was a bit windy (thats an understatement) but it was fairly warm. it alternated between sun and clouds and we went from hot to cool in a nano second every time the sun disappeared. HOWEVER.............lol, we WON ! yay. every time i ask you guys for good wishes, you come through with flying colors. we didnt just win on our rink, we won on all 3 rinks and got all 12 points. i had good bowls and bad bowls and some that were thereabouts. each of the 4 of us had a brilliant end and we did enough to get ahead and, this week, we managed to stay there. whew. were quite pleased with ourselves. it was a good game, too. it stayed friendly and competitive the entire way through. not sure what is happening tomorrow. im thinking not much. i can usually manage days like that ! hahaha. have you ever gotten a paper cut on your lip ? dont ask me how i got it, it might be dry lips that just cracked when i laughed, who knows, but it stings......and, of course, i have to keep licking it (since i discovered it) just to see if it still hurts; which it does. odd how i do that. i also do it with bruises and sore spots. you know, just poke at them every now and again, or give them a good, deep rub, so i can see if they feel any better. lol. im such a dork. why do i do that ? im quite sure its not latent masochism, because i dislike pain. some sort of morbid curiosity probably. i have just now discovered a job for tomorrow; cobwebs. i looked up (i was thinking.) and i can see a cobweb dangling from the ceiling over the tv. cobwebs arent so bad, its knowing a spider made them that is the disturbing part. lmao. stay safe and play nice. xxx
