todays paleo junk food saturday is going to hit one of the biggest comfort food favorites. almond flour crusted fried chicken and baked sweet potato fries- a lot of coconut oil (to cover a pan up to 2 inches) eggs almond flour salt seasonings(pepper salt and whatever else) Chicken strips sweet potatoes 1. mix in almond flour with seasonings in a bowl large enough to dip chicken in 2.stir eggs together 3. heat pan for three minutes and add coconut oil. add salt to neutralize coconut taste 4. dip chicken in egg mixture 5. crust the chicken with the almond flour mixture 6. when pan is hot enough start putting chicken strips in baked sweet potato fries- sure you can probably use coconut oil, but that shits expensive! much better poot to use by making chicken. 1. peel sweet potatoes 2. cut them into fry strips 3.put on a oiled pan 4. throw into the oven
