todays tea break ... ice coffee needed for a hot day ! for the sweet potato filling: ~ stem, mash and seive the sweet potato (120g) ~ mix the mashed potato with 2tbs brown sugar and 1 egg yolk. stir well ~ in another bowl, mix 120g milk with 2 tbs cornflour . ~ combine milk and potato paste into a pot and cook on low flame. keep stirring ~ once the mixture turns thicker, turn off the heat ~ let it cool completely
