tomorrow is the birthday of my hero. the best man I know. the love of my life. the Dad he became instantly, not because he had to, but because he wanted to. we welcomed our second son, the 2 greatest loves of our lives. we built this wonderful life together. because of him. he never lets us down. when times are hard...and they are...he works harder. when he believes that something is right, when everyone else thinks it may not be, he instills in our kids that it doesnt matter what anyone else thinks and to always believe in themselves and what is right. in sickness and in health. he has comforted me in my worst of times, pretty recently and I am sure it was just as hard on him. this is what the truest love is. he is my heart and soul. he is the great love everyone dreams of. he is Jim Mertz. my husband, and my greatest love. Happy Birthday to the best man I know!!
