tomorrow my aggressive therapy starts at the range of 30 n motion and reflection of elbow my medal sits at the ulna and humerus bone fractures n two spots two weeks to learn how to do what will get me back to community life very painful,heavy pain meds doing therapy just to tolerate therapy tomorrow morning I will b learning how to write more with the left,putting on my clothes with my left and using a lifter..opening up things I cant,my hair and buttening clothes I need assistance so far so good. I am journaling my life now so far the change and help is different but God..I am smiling even when I am drawn back to the day that I almost die but I am here to testify about how I am an overcomer and a survivor of domestic violence and assault
