.tomorrow night at the commissioner meeting there will be a vote on a conditional use permit for a daycare business that wants to go in at a house on Waxhaw-Marvin Rd. near Pine Oak. This business is not an ordinary daycare. It will have extended evening (9-10 PM) and weekend hours for drop in care. While the concept sounds great and is a needed business in Waxhaw, traffic and safety concerns with this property being at the curve before Pine Oak.
