took wife to dr this mornin at 8.30 swo she could get an early appointment, 9.15am she saw dr and he admitted her to tgh, we got there around 10ish and she went into the a+e department for assessment, she was then taken up to the mau unit at 10.20 and she had blood, heart,blood test and an x ray, in the hours up until 4pm, the nurse had been trying to get her transfered to ward, without success, as no-one was answering the phone on the ward, and when the shift sister had tried also from 4pm, i find this unacceptable, as she had been sat on an uncomfortable chair for all this time. so the ward she has been tranfered to phoned the mau unit at 7pm, 3 hours later......!! she then had to be transfered to the ward she is now on. no wonder tgh has a bad reputation, when they cannot get the staff
