Below normal temperatures. Tuesday night - Mostly clear. Cold. Frost/freeze conditions likely. Overnight lows in the 25-32 degree range. Northwest winds at 5-10 mph becoming calm. Below normal temperatures. Wednesday - Mix of sun and clouds. Not quite as cold. Highs in the 50s. Southeast winds at 10-15 mph with gusts above 20 mph. Below normal temperatures. Another chance of rain Friday.
